my birthday soon, will the hpi K5.9 engine fit in the mta4? would it drop straight in or do i need to mess around and get new mounts?

 Pretty sure it will drop straight in. My mate has one in his `old` Savage, and never mentioned having to find new mounts.
 I have an Axial .32 in my MTA, which fitted on the standard mount ok, so I think the 5.9 is a `standard fitting`and the MTA mount is too.

I now have gone for a .46 and the extra money saved is going into a better exhaust, new body shell and saving for some new shocks, any ideas for new shocks?? not sure on budget yet but want some decent one's

I always prefer 1/8th rallycross/truggy shocks on monster trucks.

Usually requires different mounts, plenty available for most brands to allow them to fit, but their action and strength is far superior

ive heard this a few times, my E-Maxx weighs in at 14lbs with batteries according to the web, what shocks would be able to support that? 8 shocks is a pain in the back side.
