You can get so-called "superchargers" but they serve no purpose whatsoever.

The trouble with a nitro 2-stroke is that both ports are open during intake, unlike a conventional engine where only one port is open, so it's not pushing air into the engine it's just wasting fuel by blowing the air/fuel mix in one port and out the other.
