if you are realatively new to this hobby (as i was a couple of years ago) and are looking for something just to get started with and have a good old bash with, stick with the mainstream names such as hobao, hpi or hong nor they all offer value for money and most of all good after sales (especially if you use modelsport.co.uk)
about 18 months ago i bought the vrx pro and a good friend of mine bought the vrx truggy, both had really *** electric packs didnt even last 1/2 a gallon. when we challenged nitrotek about this they offered nothing but verbal abuse and court case threats their web site looks the part, but dont be fooled by ***ty imitations. if you buy one of these kits from nitrotek be prepared to replace the electrics and handset almost straight away (as well as any thing else that goes wrong)another £100-£150+.dont learn the hard way (like we did) if you just want some fun on a weekend
