My TC4
« on: March 13, 2008, 03:41:55 PM »
Afternoon Folks, Im neil and Im a complete newbie to the R/C race world.

Ive only ever had 1 car, a kyosho pureten nitro which has ran for about 6 months out of my 7 year ownership, lol, however my brother in law bought an xmod and I kind of got interested again from there.  I own a vinyl graphics business and have started offering stickers for the xmods, and thought why not go for the bigger scale cars aswell

Ive got a neighbour who told me about a local club he went to ages ago, so about 3 weeks ago I knocked on his door, checked he was going and he introduced me to Jarrow & Oxclose R/C club, and he kinda got me hooked.

Its gone one step further, I raced my first time 2 weeks ago using the club lotus elise, and extremely slow car with a dodgy servo not allowing it to go straight lol.  I cudnt be doin with that anymore so i looked on ebay and picked up a stunning, bargain TC4 for £80 delivered, and I set to work, had some old wheels i sprayed matt black, got a new shell, and got some minipins for the school hall floor.  Tues night was my first time with it (and the kacky wheel controller) I finished last in 4 of the heats out of 5 cars, but in the last heat i came in 4th and the final i finished in 3rd after being 2nd in most of the race, so i was well chuffed.

Big thanks to my neighbour Ian who lent me some batteries to cover me as only 2 sets came with the car and one was cabbaged, but now it begins, lol, the empty wallet and all that, hahaha!

Blimey, talk about handy timing.

I need some 1:1 vehicle graphics done very soon. It will be custom stuff, but I will supply the graphics. I'm just starting up a driving school and need to livery my car.

So I need my logo, and some other mainly text stuff doing.

Are you able to do this kinda work?

Yeah, I understood the posts.

The RCKingdom decals thing was a suggestion for something else the guy could do, as his website looks like he knows his stuff, and seeing as he is recently taken with the hobby it might be possible that he would do the decals on a good deal.

Simply a suggestion :)
